At Haven Home, we select staff that is dedicated to serving our residents.  They are warm and caring individuals who truly want to help people.  They are constantly expanding their professional skills.

We consistently strive to go above State requirements.  The state of Ohio requires that Assisted Living homes have a ratio of one staff member for each 14 residents.  At Haven Home our ratio is one staff member for 5 residents during prime time.  The state of Ohio also requires our caregivers to obtain 6 Continuing Education Units every year.  At Haven Home, our caregivers accumulate 12 CEU's every year.
